Sync IPOD Audio

Click add and find the video file you want to encode

Right click on the file and it will display a summary of the file's Video and Audio bit rates. This is the key into getting audio to sync.

Determine the file's current audio bit rate and frame rate.

Ensure the file you are working with is highlighted

In the encode settings window on the right, set the video frame rate which is default to automatic and enter the video frame rate of the file.

Set audio bit rate box to the value of the original file. The bit rate can be lower but not higher.
